It will provide students with the basic introductory abilities required to install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot the Linux operating system. This course will also acquaint students with several of the many Linux distributions available, typical Linux applications and utilities, and it touches upon the important command line utilities and applications. Prerequisite: CPT 147.
