Lab) *15 wks The goal of the course is to ensure that the student can recognize, construct, analyze, troubleshoot, repair and modify common operational amplifier circuit application. Differential amplifiers are discussed to introduce the students to the inner-workings of integrated circuit operational amplifiers. Students will then progress through the theory of inverting and noninverting amplifiers; summing amplifiers; signal; active filters; comparators; integrators and differentiators; logarithmic amplifiers; oscillators; and 555 ICs. Prerequisite: ELT 245.
