This course will cover the use of anesthetics, anesthesia principles, patient monitoring, pre-surgery preparation and post-surgical care of small animals, principles of surgery and sterilization, and surgical assisting. Dosage calculations will be reinforced and maintenance of anesthesia and surgical equipment will be introduced.
