Introduces terminology, abbreviations, symbols, construction notes, component schedules, and materials common to the diff erent construction trades through the use of sample plans. Includes a refresher in fractional math, instruction on reading of architect's and engineer's scales, an overview of dimensioning practices, and an explanation of plan views, elevations, cross-sections, and sectional details.
