Covers the use of basic hand tools, drill presses, power saws, pedestal grinders, arbor presses, basic layout, and layout and measuring tools. Includes proper use of measuring tools, the use of appropriate charts and tables including decimal equivalent and drill and tap selection with speed and feed calculations. Provides orientation to machine shop manufacturing with emphasis on CNC and working in teams. F
