Introduction to design and drafting techniques using computer-aided design (CAD) systems; use of basic command structures, keyboard and menu tablets; text, dimensioning and pen and layer selection. Writing assignments, as appropriate to the discipline, are part of the course. Prerequisite: Architecture 121, or Engineering 100, or Consent of Department Chairperson. 2 lecture and 2 lab hours per week. 3 credit hours.
