Methods and techniques for planning, development, conducting a Fire Service Training program/plan 336; covers objectives of a program, evaluating training, techniques of conference leadership; course will meet requirements of the Illinois Fire Protection Personnel Standards and Education Commission for the Standard Level Instructor Certificate. Writing assignments, as appropriate to the discipline, are part of the course. Prerequisite: Fire Science 220, or Consent of Department Chairperson. 150 minutes per week. 3 credit hours.
