Prepare pre-service and in-service teachers to integrate technology, including computer and multimedia software, into pre-K through 12th grade classes. Survey concepts of technology use, provides hands-on experience with hardware and software, and addresses human, social, and ethical issues related to the use of technology in education. Meets national and state technology standards. Writing assignments, as appropriate to the discipline, are part of the course. 150 minutes per week. 3 credit hours.
