This is a studio course whose primary orientation is the development of the student's portfolio. The course will develop the students understanding of multimedia. Extensive use of scripting, programming with an emphasis on using professional techniques and standards. Sound, video, animation and interactivity will be combined in an interactive work. Writing assignments, as appropriate to the discipline, are part of the course. Prerequisite: Digital Multimedia 131, or Digital Multimedia 279, or Consent of Department Chairperson. 2 lecture and 2 lab hours per week. 3 credit hours.
