Social development and behavior of young people and other adults in all group settings; church groups, street gangs, tutoring programs, recreational groups, YMCAs and YWCAs settlement or delinquency prevention programs. Writing assignments, as appropriate to the discipline, are part of the course. Prerequisite: Child Development 102, and Social Service 201, and Social Service 213, and Social Service 215, or Consent of Department Chairperson. 150 minutes per week. 3 credit hours.
