School Education - Students spend 300 hours per semester under supervision, working with preschool children in nursery school or day care program, 8 or 16 weeks, includes 2-hour weekly seminar. Writing assignments, as appropriate to the discipline, are part of the course. Prerequisite: Child Development 258 with a grade of C or better, and Consent of Department Chairperson. 2 lecture and 10-20 lab hours per week. 3-6 credit hours.
