Explores nature and impact of e commerce on business and business operation, resources required and available, customer relationship management, ordering systems, end to end marketing and performance and control systems. Writing assignments, as appropriate to the discipline, are part of the course. Prerequisite: Business 111 or CIS 120 or Consent of Department Chairperson. 150 minutes per week. 3 credit hours.
