A continuation of dental hygiene theory and clinical concepts applicable to dental hygiene practice. Emphasis will be placed upon specific topics pertinent to acquiring clinical expertise. Writing assignments, as appropriate to the discipline, are part of the course. Prerequisite: Dental Hygiene 122 and Dental Hygiene 124. 1 lecture and 6 lab hours per week. 3 credit hours.
