Continuation of Preventive Therapy I with special emphasis on the psychology of motivation, special patient care, and specific population groups. Procedures will be introduced for developing and presenting dental health educational materials primarily to children in the school setting. Writing assignments, as appropriate to the discipline, are part of the course. Prerequisite: Dental Hygiene 112 and Consent of Department Chairperson. 50 minutes per week. 1 credit hour.
