An overview course given as an introduction to the art of differential diagnosis as it relates to lesions occurring in and about the oral cavity. Attention is directed to the discussion of pathology, history, radiographic and clinical appearance, prognosis and treatment. Writing assignments, as appropriate to the discipline, are part of the course. 100 minutes per week. 2 credit hours.
