Prerequisite: BIO 1133 and BIO 1131 or BIO 1134 with a grade of "C" or better.A combined lecture and laboratory course that includes and in-depth studies of phylogeny and classification systems, protozoa, and major invertebrate phyla. Labs associated with this course contain experiments and exercises that reinforce the principles introduced in lecture. Three lecture hours and two laboratory hours per week.
