Pre/Corequisites: BIO 1133 and BIO 1131 or BIO 1134. An introductory course in botany dealing with the application of biological principles to the study of plants including classification, structure, function, and environmental interrelationships. The laboratory part of the course deals with selected activities to illustrate the subject area taught in lecture. Three lecture hours and two laboratory hours per week.
