Prerequisite: A score of 16 on the Reading portion of the Enhanced ACT or REA 1013 with a grade of "C" or better.A lecture/laboratory course dealing with the anatomical and physiological study of the human body, particularly the molecular, cellular, tissue, organ, and organ system levels. Organ systems covered in this course are integumentary, muscular, skeletal, and nervous. Selected experiments to illustrate the principles taught in lecture. Three lecture hours and two laboratory hours per week. Does not apply toward any nursing program.
