hrs. lec., 1 credit Prerequisite: Successful completion of Levels I and II of the PN Program Co-requisite: PN 215. This course presents principles of therapeutic nutrition. Dietary modification for clients with socioeconomic, cultural, religious, and specific nutritional needs is discussed. Emphasis is placed on client teaching from an established plan of care.
