Explores both individual crisis and large scale disasters impacting entire communities. Evaluates the resources available to responders and to the public. Examines the Critical Incident Stress Management model and how it is utilized within various agencies. Teaches methods and techniques for dealing with high stress of long-term emergency service careers.
