Confidentiality and liability issues and personality characteristics of emergency services personnel are explored. An overview of the structure and organization of the fire service and of the emergency medical dispatch system. Includes the terminology of the fire service and medical field and application of protocols for emergency response. Prerequisite: ETC 103.
