Use both English and Metric measurements, conversions, temperature, and to write, manipulate, interpret, and solve applications and formula problems . Concepts will be introduced numerically, graphically, symbolically, and in oral and written form. Scientific calculator with fraction capabilities required. Prerequisite: Pre-Algebra COMPASS score 21-48 or successful completion of MTH 11 with a "C" or better and Reading COMPASS score 44-65or successful completion of RD 80 or ESOL 250 with a "C" or better.
