This course is the first of two courses intended to familiarize the student with all aspects of computer repair and maintenance. This course also tracks the objectives for the CompTIA (Computer Technology Industry Association) A+ Core hardware certification exam. Upon completion of this course, the student should stand ready to successfully complete the CompTIA A+ Hardware exam, the first of two exams needed to attain the CompTIA A+ certification. As such, this course will relay heavily upon computer hardware knowledge and extensive testing and review in preparation for the student's successful completion of the CompTIA A+ Core Hardware exam.
