This course is designed to evaluate environmental conditions as it relates to computer technology. The course will provide guidance for students who will be providing IT or computer technology in non-traditional work environments, including, gas and oil field operations, Process Technology applications, farming / ranching, machine shop /automotive environments, and geographically challenging locations. The course will look at technology designed for these environments, applications targeted for these environments, as well as tools, components, and solutions.
