The specific purpose of this course is to provide part of two years of training for a career as a chemical technologist. Organic chemistry theory and lab practice is introduced complemented with mass spectrophotometric analysis. High pressure liquid chromatographic techniques for both qualitative and quantitative analysis are covered. Additional hours required. Prerequisite: CHM:222 and Reading Proficiency.
