Prerequisites: CMSC 1223 Business Applications Software and Approval of the Program Coordinator Using an international business mode, students work as team members in a simulated business firm in a state-ofthe- art facility. The students perform various business functions (i.e., purchasing, accounting, marketing, human resources) as the firm transacts business with students in other simulated companies, both in the United States and in other countries. Students are involved in decision making, critical thinking, and team activities. Instructional emphasis will be given to International Human Resource Management.
