This course is a work immersion course. Students will work three hours each week in our CST Helpdesk. Students will manage the Helpdesk day-to-day operations and work directly with clients and staff. This course is taken one credit at a time. This course may be repeated up to three times, depending on the student's credential program. Prerequisite: CST 1802
