In this course the student is introduced to the study of statistics and the use of statistics to predict and control manufacturing processes. Basic statistical tools are introduced and used. Simulated processes are analyzed and the process control tools are implemented. This course focuses on the technician level and does not use highly sophisticated mathematical concepts.
