This course is a basic introduction to robotics, a new era on the focus of welding. The main focus will be safety, speed, and repeatability. Fixtures for welding are also a main focus. Students will have hands-on programming and designing of fixtures along with welding. Robotics is an emerging area of technology in the welding profession. It is essential that our graduates have a familiarity with this technology.
