This course takes a hands-on approach to the operation of a microcomputer. The student will explore the development of the computer in our society and how computers contribute to the operation of marketing institutions. Operational topics will include the use of peripheral devices such as printers, scanners, and communication devices. The student will learn to use the Windows interface, to utilize word processing applications to create common marketing documents. An introduction to the Internet will also be included in this course.
