Description:
-
Philosophy is the study of ideas and the process by which we make sense of our world in relation to these ideas. Ethical theory is the means by which we make moral sense of our existence. This course will survey some of the classical philosophical thinking of the Western world to discern how human beings have sought to understand themselves, the world in which they live, and how they should relate to each other.
