CREDIT: 3 ( NOT FOR DEGREE CREDIT) This course is designed for students who have had little or no algebra. The major topics in the course are real numbers and their properties, exponents and polynomials, linear equations and linear inequalities, as well as an introduction to factoring, radicals and graphing. Exit requirements will include a departmental final exam. PREREQUISITE: MATH 0090 WITH ? ?? ?OR HIGHER OR PLACEMENT BY DIAGNOSTIC TEST.
