Credits: 3 A study of the human body in a cross-sectional context. Emphasis will be placed on major anatomical features and radiologic landmarks. Students also explore soft tissue details as resolution allows. This course will serve to prepare students for conventional tomographic radiology, computer tomography, position emission tomography, magnetic resonance scanning and ultrasonography. (Crosslisted with BIOL 2540) This course does not meet any curricular requirements for any program, with the exception of the technical requirement for the A.A.S. General Technology program.
