Credits: 4 In this course the student will gain an understanding of the various types of conflict and the causes of those conflicts. The student will learn different methods of successfully resolving conflict in both interpersonal and group environments. Additionally the student will learn ways to improve negotiation skills and other means of Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) available to resolve conflicts and solve problems. Students may not receive credit for both MGT 225 and BUS 236. Management electives offered summer term only, on an alternating basis.
