Credits: 1 to 3 In-depth analysis of a particular topic, concern, or problem in the social sciences. Courses may be oriented toward any one of the social science disciplines (history, political science, psychology, sociologyanthropology) or may be cross disciplinary in nature combining several social sciences. Social Science elective credit only. Some examples of frequently offered Social Science Seminars include: African American History; The Civil War; Death and Dying; European Studies; Human Sexuality; North American Indians; The Southwest Field Trip; Women in Western Civilization; and World War II.
