This course will study the microeconomic behavior of consumers, firms, and markets in domestic and world economy. Areas covered will include the laws of supply and demand, consumer choice theory, the economics of the firm and resource allocation, income distribution and the economics of taxation, social choice theory and current domestic economic problems.
