English 1118 concludes the emphasis on writing from multiple sources and the developing critical thinking skills begun in ENGL 1117. Students will exam external resources, develop additional critical thinking skills, and analyze and synthesis texts, especially literary texts. Students will demonstrate their ability to support interpretations of primary texts by combining documented and textual evidence in a major research project. (Prerequisites: Completion of ENGL 1117 with a grade of C or better). (4 C/4 lect, 0 lab). MNTC: Goal 1/CM, Goal 2/CT.
