Care and Prevention of Athletic Injuries will provide the student with the most current information possible on the subject of prevention and basic care of sports injuries. This course is designed for the student going into the fields of Athletic Training, coaching and/or physical education. Emphasis is placed on injury prevention and the immediate care of the most common athletic injuries. Basic foundations are also included regarding areas of rehabilitation.
