This course introduces concepts of martial arts in general and Tae Kwon Do specifically. Korean martial art places emphasis on stretching and stance, dynamic of kicks, hand techniques, self defense, one-step sparring, and free sparring. Tae Kwon Do is a physical and mental sport. It will help develop concentration and mental discipline. A uniform and protective gear is required.
