An exercise class based on the teachings of Joseph Pilates designed to improve the students' core strength, balance and coordination, and flexibility through a series of exercise to music. Resistive equipment such as tubing bands or balls may be used. Each student is encouraged to exercise at his/her own ability to achieve improved overall fitness. Establishes a foundation toward a healthy lifestyle and improves self-esteem and self-confidence.
