Introduction to Radiologic Technology including terminology, patient care, body mechanics, medical law, medical ethics, fundamentals of radiographic exposure, and radiation protection will be covered. A continuation of basic radiographic positioning from HSXT 1015 will include upper limbs, lower limbs, and pelvic structures. Critical analysis activities will be utilized during lab and classroom time to ensure integration of program curriculum. Lab fee. $7.00. Permission of Program Director required.
