An introductory course in manipulating digital or pixel images with an image editing software program. The student will gain experience scanning images, using a digital camera, retouching and manipulating images for different purposes, and printing on a color printer. Open to any interested student. Can be used as an art elective for art majors. Must know how to use a computer mouse and navigate in the Windows 95 environment. Lab fee $7.00. [Fa,Sp]
