The purpose of this class is to introduce students to selected programming languages used to assist in the development of web sites. Students will gain an understanding of the importance in web site development applying both "hands-on programming language methods and skills. This course offers the student introductory skills to a specific web programming language (i.e. ASP, PHP, PERL, XML, etc.) utilizing a final project to assess student skills. The language to be covered may vary by semester. Lab fee $7.00. Prerequisite: WEB 1153 or concurrent enrollment in WEB 1153.
