Consists of supervised work placement in an organization where anthropological skills and/or knowledge may be acquired or utilized. Students will perform duties related to the academic disciplines of anthropology (e.g., biological anthropology, sociocultural anthropology, archaeology, and/or linguistics) and will submit a term paper, case study, or approved academic project related to the work performed. Evaluation will be by the professor with written input from the work supervisor. Prerequisite: Permission of instructor. Semester offered: On demand.
