Through lecture, demonstration, and hands on, students will be taught how to create, print, and edit documents, format characters, format paragraphs, format documents and sections, use writing tools, maintain and print documents, manipulate tabs, format multiple-page documents, format with styles and outlining, format with special features, create and format tables, create charts and diagrams, and add visual appeal to documents. Knowledge of business formats is recommended. Prerequisite: AOAP 123 or equivalent. Semester offered: Fall, Spring and Summer.
