This class picks up where the beginning class leaves off. Students will finish the basics of one-on-one self-defense and will learn the basic application of two-on-one self-defense. Students will be introduced to basic defenses against baseball-bat type weapons, knives and ground defenses. Will meet physical education activity requirements for AA degree. Semester offered: Fall, Spring, Summer.
