This course is designed to help the student with an overall fitness program through instruction on proper weight lifting techniques, cardiovascular and nutrition programs. It is also designed to help the student understand a healthy lifestyle, recognize problems that may be interfering with achieving optimal health and understand life long behavior required to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
