Northern New Mexico communities have been the subject of many anthropological and photographic research projects. During the course, students learn to document the distinctive character of Santa Fe and surrounding communities using anthropological and photographic methods. Black-and-white or color film can be used. Knowledge of photographic processes and a 35-mm camera are required. Cross-listed as ANTH 265L. Prerequisites: ARTS 140L and ENGL 109.
