A class to introduce the basic principles of aerobic fitness dance, stressing all components of physical fitness (flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, and strength and body composition). Students will experience a variety of training techniques specially designed for the beginning exerciser. May be taken twice for degree or certificate credit. Offered: Summer, Fall and Spring.
