This course is designed for those who would like a variety of cycling programs, from the true beginner to the elite athlete. Background music helps motivate cyclists to ride at their own intensity level. Cycling is an excellent exercise to improve cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength and muscular endurance without excessive stress on participants' joints. May be taken twice for degree or certificate credit. Offered: Summer, Fall and Spring.
